Cancellation Policy
Nothing to cancel: every purchase is one-time
Daily AI Toll sells only one-time purchases: the data licenses (Journalist / Researcher and Commercial) and the patron tiers (Supporter, Sustainer, Founding Patron). None of them renew, so there is no subscription to cancel, no recurring charge to stop, and no subscription-management portal. Once a one-time purchase is completed, it is final under our Refund Policy.
If a recurring charge is ever offered
If we ever offer a subscription or other recurring charge, it will be clearly labeled as recurring at checkout, and:
- You may cancel at any time to stop future charges, by emailing [email protected] or through any self-service option we provide for that product.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid period; you keep access through that period.
- Charges already made, including the current period, are non-refundable, and no pro-rated or mid-period refunds are given.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund right you have that cannot be waived under the mandatory laws that apply to you.
